Document Certification
To fully conduct business and even simply live in the United Arab Emirates, foreign citizens must go through the procedure of certifying the basic documents issued to them in their homeland. It is needed to confirm the validity of such documents and the right to use them in the UAE.
Smart Value provides document certification services as well as their legal translation.
How it works:
In the country of issuance
The first step in document certification is their notarization in the country of issue. It is carried out by a notary.
Next, the document must be attested by the competent authority of the country that issued it, which is done by stamping.
The document should then be submitted to the UAE consulate or embassy in the issuing country, where it will be certified. To do this, you will need both the document itself and the received certification certificates from the ministry or other body obtained in the previous step.

In the UAE
For documents in any language other than Arabic a translation is needed. Only a certified translator can perform such a translation, after which the original and translation are submitted to a notary office in the UAE.
The final step of the procedure is to submit the document, translation, and all certificates and stamps to the UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs for confirmation.
The best way to avoid errors and delays during the document certification procedure is to contact Smart Value specialists. Our wealth of experience will help you achieve results as quickly as possible and without the need for repeated applications to authorities.
